Dr. Baker is a board-certified family medicine physician. He is a graduate of the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program and practiced at AnMed Health Iva Family Medicine for nearly 20 years. He returned to AnMed Health after a two-year stint with Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Medical Group and, most recently, three years at Family Healthcare Ware Shoals.
